President’s Ball
Kick the year off right. This event is a fun, formal night to honor the Builder and Associate of the Year as well as welcome in the new Board of Directors.

Meet the Builder
A fun and exciting way to meet and make new business contacts at an organized networking event.  It’s speed dating for builders with decision makers: CEO, CFO, Purchasing Agent and Marketing of the building companies.  Perfect for Associates to perfect your pitch or display your wares at table top displays.  This is a member’s only exclusive event!

Real Estate Outlook Conference

Crawfish Boil
Each spring, the Prince William Chapter sponsors the Crawfish Boil which is open to all NVBIA members.  The crawfish are a New Orleans delicacy.  Members gather to enjoy an evening of great food and networking.  Hot dogs, hamburgers and beverages will be available for those who enjoy the ambience, but not the critters.

Parade of Homes
The Parade of Homes is a scattered site tour held over one weekend that represents the latest trends in New Home Construction, Custom Building, Remodeling & high-end renovations. The very latest in master craftsmanship and Green Building techniques are showcased.  This event is open to the public and admission is free. It’s an ideal opportunity for sponsors to reach builder members and the consumer in an event where promotions to the event target over 2 million in the region.

Each summer, Custom Builder Council members and guests gather for a networking mixer.

Custom Builders Council Holiday Party
Help the Custom Builders Council members celebrate the holiday season over a couple of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in a relaxed setting.

Chapter Breakfasts, Dinners, and Mixers
Chapters offer educational and networking programs that primarily focus on local government issues affecting the chapters: Fairfax-Alexandria-Arlington, Fauquier, Loudoun, and Prince William. Each chapter holds up to four events per year, mixing food and fellowship with an emphasis on local issues. Speakers have included the chair of the local county board of supervisors, to mayors, to key county or city staff.
